Thank you again for being a part of a hugely successful 2025 Spring Season with over 510+ players across 44 teams in 9 different divisions. And our Fall Ball program is already SOLD OUT with over 200+ players registered.

As you may know, our league is run by a passionate group of over 40 volunteers who come together to make sure our kids have the best experience on the field. Whether it's organizing games, managing the league, or planning fun events, we've got a spot for everyone who wants to pitch in.

As we look ahead to the upcoming season, we are seeking dedicated volunteers to help shape the future of our league. We are now accepting nominations for our 2025-26 Board of Directors. Here is a breakdown of the types and positions that make up our board. More information is on our website.

Voting Board Positions (Elected)
Our board is comprised of 20 voting positions, which are elected by league membership:

• President
• Vice President – Baseball Operations
• Vice President – Baseball Administration
• Vice President – Field Operations
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Player Agent
• CTO & Registrar
• League Safety Officer
• Umpire-in-Chief
• Division Representatives:
• Juniors/Intermediate
• Majors
• Upper Minors
• Lower Minors
• MAPS
• Rookies
• T-ball
• Challenger Team Coordinator
• Grants & Sponsorships
• Member at Large

If you are interested in serving as a Voting Board Member, fill out the Online Form and optionally provide a statement, and your name will be placed on the ballot for our upcoming election. Once the board is elected, the elected members will hold an Organizational Meeting to determine who will serve in each of the specific officer and representative roles listed above.

Appointed Board Positions (Non-Voting)
In addition to the elected positions, there are many important non-voting roles that are filled by appointment of the elected board. These positions are critical to the success of our league and are a great way to get involved. Open positions include:

• Clinics Coordinator
• Equipment Manager
• Volunteer Coordinator
• Opening Day Coordinator
• Closing Day Coordinator
• Snack Bar Coordinator
• Picture Day Coordinator
• Yearbook Coordinator
• Padres Day Coordinator

Key Dates
• Nomination Deadline: September 12, 2025
• Election Dates: September 19 – 21, 2025 (election will take place electronically and will close at midnight on September 21)

How to Get Involved
We encourage all members of our community to consider serving on the board. Whether you are interested in an elected voting role or one of the appointed supporting positions, we would love to have your energy and expertise on the team.
