2024 Umpires Wanted, Earn $$

Dear Parents, Players and Friends of SRLL,

We are all excited for the beginning of baseball season right around the corner here at Scripps Ranch Little League!

One of the cornerstones of our outstanding program is the youth / volunteer umpire program.

All players league ages 11 and older are eligible to join our crew of officials. The only other requirement is that they attend one of two training sessions to be held right here in Scripps Ranch on January 28 or February 4, 2024. Times are to be determined but please save one of those dates.

The best part of all? Youth umpires will earn a stipend for each game they officiate!

We have some new additions to the program this year, including uniforms for all season-long crew members.

Parents and friends, we need your help too getting out and officiating a game is a terrific way to help our league thrive. Any parent who attends the training and officiates at least one game will receive their volunteer deposit back.

Let us know you’re ready to join the team by signing up. We will have plenty more information in the coming weeks.

Don’t let inexperience keep you out of the game. We will train you, so look soon for more updates related to our renowned umpires program here at SRLL.
