Scripps Ranch Little League has adopted a set of local rules intended to supplement the Official Regulations and Playing Rules of Little League Baseball (the “Blue Book”). These local rules are designed to provide additional structure for league play and operations.

In the event of any conflict, the Official Regulations and Playing Rules of Little League Baseball Incorporated shall govern.

Information regarding Code of Conduct and Fair Play is also included within these local rules.
